Returns & Exchanges

At Lammle's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your western wear purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
